Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your resume (text we parse for skills and experience), your email and name, the jobs you save, the applications you track, and any cold-email drafts you generate. If you connect Gmail, we store an OAuth token so you can send emails from your own account.

What we don't do

• We never sell your resume or personal data.
• We never auto-send emails. You review every draft before it leaves your inbox.
• We never apply to jobs without you explicitly confirming.
• We don't use your resume to train external AI models.

How we use your data

We use your resume and profile to match you to live jobs (run through our semantic matcher), to personalize cold-email drafts, and to remind you to follow up on stale applications. Aggregated, anonymized metrics (job-count totals, match-time averages) may be shown publicly.

Third-party services

We use OpenAI for drafting, Supabase for storage, and public job-source APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Adzuna, RemoteOK, etc.) for job data. Gmail OAuth is optional and scoped only to sending on your behalf.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.
